This website is a showcase — it does not sell anything, take payment, or store a basket. Here is what little it does with your information.
1. Who we are
Avi's Pizza Restro and Bar (“Avi's Pizza”, “we”) is a restaurant at Pokhara 27, Talchowk, Nepal. This policy covers this website and the messages you choose to send us through it.
2. What this website does
This website is a browse-only showcase of the restaurant and its menu. It has no shopping cart, no accounts, no checkout and no online payment. You can read the menu and check the address and opening hours, then visit us, call us, or email us. The website never places an order on your behalf.
3. What the website does not collect
We do not ask you to register, log in, or store anything in order to read the menu. The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no behavioural tracking. Your menu filters and search text live only in the page you are looking at and disappear when you close it.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to keep the site online and secure. Those logs are not used to build a profile of you.
4. If you email or call us
If you use the email or phone links on this site, you choose what to share with us — typically your name, a phone number, an email address and your message. We use those details to answer you, whether that is a booking, a question or feedback, and for nothing else. We do not add you to a marketing list.
The email link opens your own email app; the message reaches us only when you press send from your own mailbox.
5. Google Maps
The contact page embeds a Google Map so you can see where we are. When that map loads, Google receives your IP address and browser details, and may set cookies on its own domain. That processing is governed by Google's privacy policy. If you would rather not load the map, use the “Open in Google Maps” link instead — it opens in a new tab and only contacts Google when you choose it.
6. Google Fonts
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests them, Google receives your IP address and browser details. If you prefer to avoid that request, the fonts can be hosted locally — the README that ships with this site explains how.
7. Payments
No payment is taken on this website. You pay at the restaurant or when your order is collected or delivered, by the methods our team confirms at the time.
8. How long we keep things
Messages you send us are kept until the question or booking is resolved, and then for as long as we need them for our records. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period. You can ask us to delete your message sooner — see below.
9. Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email contact@avispizza.com.np with the phone number or email you used and what you would like us to do.
10. Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If a child has sent us personal details, contact us and we will remove them.
11. Security
We keep the information we need and no more, and use HTTPS on this website. No system is perfectly secure; please avoid sending sensitive documents by email.
12. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
