The rules that apply when you use this website, and how our menu, prices and photographs are meant to be read.
1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of the Avi's Pizza Restro and Bar website. By browsing the site you accept them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. They do not replace the terms that apply when you eat in, take away or receive a delivery — those are explained by our team and on your bill.
2. This website does not take orders
The site is an information page for the restaurant and its menu. There is no shopping cart, no checkout and no online payment. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, and no order or reservation exists until a member of our team confirms it directly.
To order, call +977 9762565558 or speak to the team at the restaurant. Delivery is available until 8:00 pm.
3. Menu and prices
All prices are in Nepali rupees (NPR) and match the printed menu at the time this page was last updated. Dishes can sell out and recipes can change. If the price on this website and the price confirmed by our team or printed on the menu disagree, the price confirmed by the restaurant applies.
4. Allergens and dietary information
Our kitchen prepares food containing wheat/gluten, milk, eggs, nuts, sesame, soy and other allergens, and cross-contact is possible. If you have an allergy or a dietary requirement, tell us before you order and ask what is suitable — do not rely on the item description alone. Vegetarian marks on the menu reflect the recipe; ask if you need certainty about a specific ingredient.
5. Photographs
Photographs on this website are representative of the kind of food we serve. Presentation, portioning and plating in the restaurant may differ from the pictures.
6. Delivery, takeaway and tables
Delivery and takeaway are arranged by phone. Delivery runs until 8:00 pm. Times we give are estimates, not guarantees — traffic, weather and a full kitchen all affect them. For groups, call ahead and we will do what we can to hold a table.
If you cannot be reached when a delivery is ready, or nobody is available to receive it, we may have to cancel it.
7. Website content and intellectual property
The content, design, menu structure, code and graphics on this site belong to Avi's Pizza Restro and Bar or are used with permission. You may browse, print and share the menu for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, clone or resell the site, or use it in a way that breaks the law or interferes with other visitors.
8. Liability
We take reasonable care in running this website and the restaurant. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and disputes will be dealt with by the courts of Kaski district. Before starting any formal process, please contact us — most problems are solved with a phone call.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the restaurant changes. The current version is always on this page, with the date shown at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
